1. Introduction

Welcome to Woohub! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Woohub mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating a Woohub account or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

Woohub is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. You may not use the Service if doing so is prohibited in your jurisdiction or if you are required to register as a sex offender under any law or regulation.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use Woohub, you are required to create an account using a valid email address and phone number. By signing up, you agree to receive OTPs and other account-related messages via SMS. Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Woohub is not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier for receiving SMS messages.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account details updated over time. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use Woohub in a respectful, lawful, and genuine manner. You must not misuse the Service or engage in any activity that could harm the experience of others. This includes, but is not limited to, impersonating another person, harassing or threatening others, sharing offensive, explicit, or misleading content, or using the platform for commercial purposes, spamming, or soliciting.

You are responsible for any content you submit, including text, photos, or other materials, and you must ensure that such content does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others. Woohub does not pre-screen content but reserves the right to remove content or restrict access to the Service if we believe you have violated these Terms or acted in a way that could harm the safety, integrity, or community of the platform.

5. Content Ownership and Rights

By using Woohub, you may submit, upload, or display content such as profile information, photos, and interactions (including invites, tasks, or connection attempts). You retain ownership of any content you post or submit through the Service. However, by doing so, you grant Woohub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service.

Please note that when you send an invite through Woohub—whether it is a task or a connection request—it cannot be deleted or withdrawn once sent. This design is intentional, to promote accountability and authenticity in user interactions.

6. Subscription and Payments

Woohub offers both subscription plans and in-app credits (referred to as "credits") that users can purchase and use for various features, such as sending invites, sending efforts or accessing other special interactions within the app.

All purchases—whether for subscriptions or credits—are final. Woohub does not offer refunds or cancellations once a transaction is completed, including for unused coins or partial subscription periods.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (typically monthly) unless canceled in advance. By subscribing, you authorize Woohub to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the app store or play store where the purchase was made. Changes will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Purchased credits do not expire, but they can only be used while your membership is active. If your subscription lapses or is canceled, any remaining credits will be preserved in your account but cannot be used until you reactivate your membership. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.

7. Termination and Suspension

Woohub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in harmful or inappropriate behavior, or used the platform in a way that interferes with the experience or safety of others.

You may choose to delete your account at any time through the app. However, to maintain data integrity, support safety efforts, and fulfill other legitimate business and legal requirements, Woohub may retain certain data associated with your account even after deletion. This may include information related to interactions, transactions, and behavioral patterns.

Termination or suspension of your account does not entitle you to any refund for unused subscription time or unspent coins. If your access is removed due to a violation of these Terms, any remaining credits or benefits in your account may be forfeited.

Woohub may also suspend or limit certain features temporarily for maintenance, technical issues, or to improve the overall functionality of the Service.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Woohub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of the Service or any content shared by users. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

Woohub does not guarantee that you will find a match, receive a response, or achieve any specific outcome through the Service. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or communications of other users, whether online or offline.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woohub disclaims all warranties—express or implied—including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Woohub be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Woohub, if any, in the past six months.

9. Privacy and Data Use

Your privacy matters to us. When you use Woohub, we collect, use, and store certain information about you to provide and improve the service, enable key features, and ensure safety within the platform. This may include details like your name, email, phone number, profile information, and activity within the app.

By using Woohub, you agree to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy to understand how your information is handled and the choices available to you.

Woohub takes reasonable steps to protect your data, but no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. You use the platform and share your information at your own risk.

10. Third-Party Services

Woohub may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party websites, applications, or services that are not owned or controlled by Woohub. These third parties may include payment processors, social media platforms, analytics providers, or services that help deliver certain features within the app.

By accessing or using any third-party services through Woohub, you understand that their own terms, privacy policies, and practices will apply. Woohub is not responsible for the content, actions, or availability of these third-party services, nor do we endorse or assume any responsibility for them.

You use third-party services at your own risk, and any disputes or concerns related to them should be directed to those providers, not Woohub.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

In the event of any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising out of or relating to your use of Woohub or these Terms, we encourage you to first contact us directly so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

If a resolution cannot be reached, you agree that any legal action or proceeding will be handled in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Woohub operates or is legally registered. If Woohub is not yet registered as a company, the applicable laws will be based on the primary location of Woohub's operations or the laws of the country where the user resides, as determined at Woohub’s discretion.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that applicable location, and you waive any objections to such jurisdiction or venue. Any claims must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to the claim, unless a longer period is required by law.

12. Changes to the Terms

Woohub may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in the app, legal requirements, or other operational reasons. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on our official website, and the “Last Updated” date will appear at the bottom of that page.

We may notify users of major changes, but it is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically. By continuing to use Woohub after any updates become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the app and delete your account.
